Take control and discover which work really makes you happy.
Do you want change in your work?
Maybe your job feels like a drag and you're wondering, “Do I have to do this for the rest of my life?”
Maybe you ended up in your current job by chance and never really made a conscious choice. Perhaps the job suits you, but the organization does not. Or perhaps you have a very annoying boss who deprives you of your job satisfaction?
It can be difficult to take action. Uncertainty about what you have to offer or the financial security you now have can hold you back. Sometimes you simply don't know what really excites you and then it becomes difficult to look for something else.
Recognizable? Take control and find the job that really suits you!
The 5 steps to discover and find
your perfect job
-
Step 1: What do you want?
We investigate what you are really passionate about. What are your interests, what makes you happy? What are your dreams if everything were possible? What gives you energy and who knows, you might discover your hidden passion.
-
Step 2: What are your strengths?
We map your skills. We look at what others value in you and what your character is. Which qualities are really typical of you? Your education and work experience are also discussed.
-
Step 3: Conditions
We look at what your private situation looks like and how a job should be combined with it. What obligations are there and how do you want to shape them? Matters such as travel time, working hours, working from home, salary, etc. are discussed in this step.
-
Step 4: What do you choose?
Now it's time to brainstorm and make choices! We list all options and discuss them with regard to suitability, feasibility and realism. Do you choose another job and/or another organization? Maybe you want to follow a course or become self-employed.
-
Step 5: Making an action plan
Now that the choice has been made, you can determine action steps. What actions are needed to get the job you want? What can you do in the short and longer term? Who or what do you need to achieve your goal? You make a timetable, you prepare for possible pitfalls and you do, do, do!
“I actually didn't have a bad time at work, but it was more that I had to adjust small things to make things a bit easier to see. I'm going like crazy again! I was able to clarify my objectives for myself and formulate a clear step-by-step plan for the coming years.”
